The water bills were taken to the post office on the 5th.  When we started receiving calls from customers on January 11 stating they had not received their water bills, we called the post office.  They told us at that time they had just gotten them back from Tulsa to be delivered to our customers.

Everyone should by now be getting their water bills.  If you still don't have yours, please call the office and we can give you the amount over the phone where you can send in payment to avoid late fees.  Our policy states we are not responsible for mail service and the water bill is due whether you get a bill in mail or not.
